I take full spectrum Vena texture to help me get more deep sleep. I had stopped taking my drops for some months and the deep sleep on my Apple Watch wet down to zero most nights. I restarted and my deep sleep and REM sleep scores went up and have stayed up dramatically. As a 76 year old woman with extremely high PTau (blood work done during the time I was off Vena) I need to have a high degree of deep sleep to clean out my brain toxins which occurs during deep sleep. It only requires a few drops under my tongue at bedtime and I go right to sleep and have 1 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep. I do not need any other sleep aids or supplements. Vena has been great for me.
