Drug tests are geared toward identifying THC, not CBD. Vena’s CBD oil contains zero THC, and therefore will not result in a failed drug test. With that being said, other CBD products may contain a small amount of THC, which would register on a drug test. Before consuming any CBD product, check with the manufacturer on whether their products contain THC.
Kentucky’s ecology is perfect for growing hemp. The growing season is longer and the soil is richer than Colorado’s, so the quality of the hemp is better. Growing under the Kentucky Hemp Pilot Program is also 100% compliant with Section 7606 of the 2014 Farm Bill, which means harvesting and distributing is 100% legal at the federal level.
