Federal regulations covering hemp-derived THC products change on December 11th. Under the new rules we can no longer make or ship xtra bliss gummies or our Happy Tonix seltzers, in any strength or flavor.
What happens to the rest of the lineup? + –
Lights Out, No Worries, Cloud 9, Full Spectrum Bites, Restful Night Bites, capsules and tinctures all stay available. Lights Out, No Worries and Cloud 9 will be reformulated to meet the new rules, so the formulas you know today are only available until stock runs out. Everything else stays exactly as it is.

If you subscribe to a product that's being discontinued, we'll email you before your next renewal and help you switch or cancel. Subscriptions to reformulated products continue as normal.
Do the gummies and seltzers expire? + –
Store them in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight and they'll hold their potency and flavor. Each jar and can has a best-by date printed on the label.
Can you ship to my state? + –
Our products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% THC, so they ship to most states—but local laws vary. Check your state and local regulations before ordering.
