How to Use
Oil format is one of the best ways to personalize your CBD intake. 1 full 1ml dropper provides 1 serving of strength listed on the bottle, however by filling the dropper more or less than 1ml you can easily customize the strength to meet your needs.
Micro-Dosing, or taking small amounts over time, is a great way to enjoy the benefits of CBD throughout your day, and the oil format makes that process simple.
For first-time users, we suggest starting with one full dropper, 1mL, daily and trying this for one week to see if you get the results you are looking for. If not, you can adjust your intake higher or lower until you experienced the desired effects.
These usage guidelines are suggestions, please consult with your physician for optimal dosage.
Below is a breakdown of milligrams per dropper (mL), based on the strength of our different CBD tinctures. There are 30 1mL servings in each bottle:
500mg = 16mg of CBD per full 1mL dropper
1000mg = 33mg of CBD per full 1mL dropper
3000mg = 100mg of CBD per full 1mL dropper

Our MCT Oil is derived from coconuts and contains natural fatty acids that have many health benefits. We chose to use MCT Oil as the carrier for CBD because its fatty acids help CBD absorb into the body.Full Ingredients:
